Comrade Amoor made this known to the public on 17th of September during the state delegate conference held the makurdi local government secretariat conference hall.

Ladies and Gentlemen
I feel honoured to address you today on the occasion of state delegate conference. Was elected to this position alongside my Executive members on 16-Novenber-2017 our tenure elapsed some month back due to the act that the association was passing through some unavoidable challenges that facilitated the shift to this moment.
I want to appreciate God almighty for seeing me through which in this position, also to my dear wife and family whom for obvious reasons is not able to be here physically today to witness this great occasion, my appreciation is extended to ushongo branch for standing firm with me as one of their own.
I wish to acknowledge members of CWC, SEC community health stakeholders and the entire member’s from branches and beyond, I must not forget to recognize the tireless efforts of the chairman TUC for making sure community health practitioners are involved in state affairs as regards to labour movement.
To crown it all, the executive secretary Benue state primary health care board chief Mrs. Grace A. Wende whom in her The Association has been inculcated into PML activities in the State

CHALLENGES
.However, permit me to introduce the following: Logo, ushongo, Gboko and Ukum, these are the outstanding branches that are funding the association, to a minimal level, Makurdi, Ogbadibo,
Lack of attendance to monthly meetings by members of the state Executive Council and Majority of Branches resulting to misconception of information and lack of ad hence.
Appeals.
All Community Health Practitioners are advised to work towards the realization SPDCB goal of result oriented agency under the foam of Leadership of Mrs. Grace Wende.
Formation of Welfare scheme to tackle Prevailing challenges confronting members.
Compulsory Monthly meetings at Branches AND State Level.
Payment of Monthly subscriptions by all licensed Members.
Avoid Quackery, avail yourself with the code of conduct.
Constant using of standing order and referral system.
Wearing of uniforms and respect for seniority among cadres.
All community Health Practitioners are Advised to further to attain higher heights since greater opportunities abound.
